Lyrics

whole ‘nother different kinda serious
dilemma don’t you agree
should'na gone and let you keep me all to yourself
i know you know we’re in too deep

good girl right on time
shoulda known and i hope you don't mind
runnin’ a little late
gonna be another debate
this state right on red
shoulda known coulda gone wrong instead
wond’rin what you’ll say
bending me outta shape

(tap-dance jitterbug)
doesn't mean i don't like you enough
to show you how i pump the breaks
(last chance speak on up)
what do i mean how should i say
don't take me so seriously

it’s a whole ‘nother different kinda serious
dilemma don’t you agree
should'na gone and let you keep me all to yourself
i know you know we’re in too deep
how can you afford to take me so seriously

good tone
right on rhyme
fine-tooth combed it line for line
signed sealed deliberate
whether I’m a little too late

(last chance speak on up)
pardon i don’t mean to interrupt
but i gotta couple things to say
call you later we’ll cut a rug
but don’t take me too seriously

whole ‘nother different kinda serious
don’t you agree
should'na gone and let you let me take me now
you know we’re in too deep
how can you afford to take me so seriously
